osco brand non-drowsy sudafed is one molecule away from crazy

lesson learned. for real this time.
do not take anything containing pseudoephedrine. ever.
especially do not take osco brand non-drowsy sudafed or claritin-D or its generic counterpart walatin-D if you are already prone to anxiety and panic attacks or a couple psychological tendencies according to wikipedia.
it has taken several years of implementing these remedies during cold season,
several miserable weeks total through these years in the belly of an angry, pharmaceutical whale,
to reach the conclusion that an un-stuffy nose is simply not worth this.
how in the hell is it legal to buy this off a shelf?
meth chefs use it for cookin'. true story. did not know that.
but seriously. you will have a panic attack laying down on the floor at bikram yoga. which, is like, probably one of the most excruciating places to have a panic attack. DOING bikram yoga can sometimes feel BASICALLY like a panic attack. so this is like having a panic attack about having a panic attack.
it's like a brownie drowned in hot fudge, something that--believe it or not--kind of makes me gag to think about.
too. much. there is a line. that brownie would be beyond the point of crossing it. i think they serve this at applebee's? there is also something similar at chili's called the molten chocolate lava cake or something--
this, too, is beyond the realm of tolerable.
it is chocolate cake under the influence of pseudoephedrine. to eat it is to consume the chain restaurant dessert version of a meth addict.

maybe just stick to the hot lemon and honey.
or the earl grey and soymilk.
